NFL Coach Bill Parcells
Coach Parcells was twice named NFL Coach of the Year and is the first head coach in NFL history to have guided four different teams to the playoffs. Over a career which spanned nineteen seasons, Coach Parcells has become one of the NFL's all-time winningest head coaches. He is the former head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, New York Giants, New York Jets, and the New England Patriots and he is presently a football analyst for television.
Coach Parcells is well acquainted with sprint football, having served as a coach at Army where the sport has been played since the 1950’s (then known as 150 pound intercollegiate football.) He brings a unique understanding of the game and a tradition of excellence to his new role as Honorary Chair of the Adirondack Trust Allegiance Bowl. The organizing committee welcomes Coach Parcells' participation in the planning of this event and extends its gratitude for his joining the Adirondack Trust Allegiance Bowl team.
